S.R. Graphic QR (“we”, “our” or “the platform”) provides tools to create and manage QR Codes. This policy explains what information the platform stores and how it is used.

Information we collect

Depending on how you sign in, we may store your name, email address, mobile number and authentication provider ID. We store QR Code titles, selected QR type, content supplied by you, uploaded PDF/image files, creation/update times and scan counts.

Information visible when a QR is scanned

Dynamic QR Codes are designed to open content publicly. Anyone who scans a QR may be able to view or open its configured destination, text, contact action, PDF or image. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information unless you intend to make it accessible to people who scan that QR.

How information is used

We use stored data to authenticate accounts, display dashboards, deliver the latest QR content, count scans, prevent abuse, maintain the service and respond to support requests. Google, Meta and SMS providers process information under their own privacy policies when you use those login or OTP options.

Files and security

Uploaded PDF and image files are stored to deliver the content selected for a QR Code. We use access controls and file-type checks, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials private.

Retention and account requests

QR and account information remains stored while the account/service is active. Deleting a QR removes its database record; deactivating it stops its public destination from opening. For account or privacy requests, contact admin@srgraphic.co.in.

This policy may be updated as the platform changes. The current version will be published on this page.
